I’m an engineer at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the Center for Data Driven Discovery in Biomedicine (d3b) where I build applications and analyze data to solve problems relating to pediatric cancers and rare birth defects.
Previously, I worked at the Center for Data Intensive Science at the University of Chicago where I developed tools to distribute and analyze large scale genomics data for the National Cancer Institute’s Genomic Data Commons.
I studied Physics at the Rochester Institute of Technology where I created dynamics simulations using high performance computing to model cancer cell mechanics.
